Hot, Soft, Sweet Pikelets
Servings per Recipe- (1-10 Depending on Desired Size)
Ingredients-
1 Cup x Self Raising Flour
Pinch x Salt
1/4 Tablespoon x Bicarb Soda
1 x Egg
2/3 Cup x Milk
2 Tablespoon x Butter

Method-
1) Melt the butter in the microwave for 2 minutes on high
2) Crack open the egg and whisk with a fork.
3) Sift flour, salt and bicarb soda into a bowl.
4) Make a well in the centre of the ingredients.
5) Add sugar, egg, milk and melted butter and stir it all to make a smooth mixture.
6) Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in the frypan. Heat pan until hot.
7) Place tablespoons of batter in the hot greased frypan.
8) Cook until bubbly on top, and golden under the pikelet.
9) EAT IT, with butter and jam.
