Gourmet, Appetising, Yummy Pizza Scrolls
Servings per Recipe- (4-10 Depending on Desired Size)
Ingredients:
x1 Cup of Self-Raising Flour
x1 Slice of Ham
x1 Pinch of Salt
x1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
x1 Tablespoon
x 1/4 Cup of Cheese
125 mL x Milk
x1 Tablespoon x Crushed Pineapple
Ingredients:

Resources/ Equipment:
- Baking Paper
- Over Tray
- Sifter/Sieve
- Butter Knife
- Cutting Board
- Rolling Pin
- Kitchen Knife
- Mixing bowl
Method:
1) Preheat the oven to 230°C.
2) Cover the oven tray with baking paper.
3) Slice up the ham into 1cm squares and leave it aside for later.
4) Sift the flour and salt together into a mixing bowl.
5) Rub the margarine into the flour and salt with your fingertips.
6) Make a well in the centre of the mixture.
7) Pour 3/4 of the milk into the well.
8) Mix the dough together with the butter knife until the dough sticks together.
9) Place the dough onto a floured board and knead it.
10) Roll out the dough to around 1cm thick with the rolling pin.
11) Spread the tomato paste onto the dough.
12) Place the ham, cheese and pineapple onto the dough.
13) Roll up the dough from the long side to create a sort of scroll.
14) Cut up the scroll up into even, 3 cm long pieces.
15) Place the pizza scrolls onto the tray with the baking paper. The inside of the scrolls should be facing up.
16) Bake for around 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
17) Place the scrolls on a rack to cool down
