Tasty, Fast, Mexican Tacos

- 200g x Mince Beef
- 1/2 x Carrot
- 1/2 x Onion
- 4 x Lettuce Leaves
- 1 x Small Tomato
- 1 C x Grated Cheese
- 1/3 x Packet Taco Seasoning
- 1/3 C x Water
- 1/2 C x Taco Sauce
- 4 x Large Taco Shells
- Drizzle of Oil
Equipment/Resources-

- Grater
- Peeler
- Scrap Bowl
- Wood Spoon
- Chefs Knife
- Saucepan
Method-
1) Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2) Chop the onion finely.
3) Grate the carrot
4) Shred the lettuce finely.
5) Chop the tomato finely.
6) Heat oil in a saucepan. Cook the onion and beef over a medium heat, until brown.
7) Stir the carrot into the saucepan.
8) Mix the taco seasoning with 1/3 cup of water in.
9) Simmer for 1 minute, or until sauce thickens.
10) Heat the 4 taco shells in the oven for 7 minutes.
11) Fill the taco shells with beef, cheese, tomato, lettuce and then add the taco sauce.
12) EAT IT!
