Tasty, Quick, Delicious Scones
Servings per Recipe (8-20 Depending on Desired Size)
Ingredients:
x2 Cups of Self-Raising Flour
x1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
x2 Tablespoons of Margarine
x1 Cup of Milk

Resources/Equipment:
- Cutting Board
- Over Tray
- Mixing Bowl
- Sifter/Sieve
- Butter Knife
- Scone Cutter
- Pastry Brush
- Rolling Pin
Method
1) Preheat the oven around 230°C to 260°C
2) Grease the oven tray.
3) Sift the flour and salt through a sifter/sieve.
4) Rub the margarine with the flour and salt with your fingertips.
5) Pour 3/4 of the milk into mixture, or until adequate enough.
6) Mix the dough with a butter knife until the dough sticks and stays together.
7) Put the dough onto a floured board and knead it quickly and lightly.
8) Roll the dough to 2 cm thick with a rolling pin.
9) Cut out the dough with a scone cutter, and place it onto the baking tray next to each other.
10) Glaze some milk with the pastry brush onto the scones to give it colour.
11) Cook the scones for around 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
12) EAT THEM with jam, nutella, peanut butter, etc.....
