Tasty, Delicious, Asian, Stir-Fry

Ingredients-
2 teaspoons x vegetable oil
200g x lamb
1/2 x onion
2 Tbsp x water
1/2 x zucchini
75g x mushrooms
1/4 x red capsicum
1 x baby bok choy
1/2 teaspoon x finely grated ginger
1 clove x garlic
2 teaspoon x soy sauce
1 Tablespoon x oyster sauce
2 Tablespoon x fresh coriander
1 Cup x cooked rice

Method-
1) Thinly slice lamb, slice onion, diagonally slice zucchini, slice mushrooms, cut capsicum into strips, wash and slice bok choy, grate ginger, crush garlic, chop coriander
3) Heat oil in pan. stir-fry lamb for 2-3 minutes
4) Remove from pan
5) Add onion and sauté for a minute
6) Add water, remaining vegetables, ginger and garlic
7) Cook on high for 5 minutes
8) Add lamb, soy sauce, oyster sauce and heat through
9) Stir in coriander and serve with rice
10) EAT IT
